The Bay Course was designed by Arnold Palmer and Francis Duane while the Plantation Course was designed by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore

Challenge at Manele:

The Challenge at Manele was rated as one of the 100 Best Golf Courses in the World and may be the best course in Hawaii. This is a typical signature layout by Jack Nicklaus that hugs cliffs overlooking beautiful Manele Bay.

Kapalua Plantation Course:

This course is home to the Mercedes-Benz Championship. It also has one of the PGA’s signature holes with the Par 5, 663-yard 18th. It is the longest hole on the PGA tour. Travel and Leisure Golf Magazine called the Kapalua Plantation Course and Resort as the #1 Golf Resort in Hawaii.

Royal Kaanapali Course:

Arnold Palmer called the 18th hole of the Royal Kaanapali Course one of the most challenging and rewarding holes that he has ever played. The course has 45 years of tournament history and amongst the greats who have played there are: Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player and Nancy Lopez.

Bonus Course: The Dunes at Maui Lani

The Dunes at Maui Lani does not have the history that some of the other golf course on Maui have because it’s one of the newest courses. However, this is one course that is already getting a reputation as a must play.
